Having accumulated more than 30 years of experience in Senior Management positions in both the corporate and finance sectors, Kim is a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual who brings a vast amount of practical expertise to her position as Managing Director of Linx Employment.
In addition to her extensive industry background, she holds a number of qualifications in HR and Operations, which further enhance her ability to provide effective solutions which are beneficial to both clients and workers alike.
Kim, founder of Linx Employment Tas Pty Ltd, established in 2013 has since expanded its reach to cater to a wide range of industries on a national scale. Her company not only provides labour during peak periods but also offers permanent recruitment and consulting services, which assist businesses with succession planning and performance management.

Sharni Hall – Business Manager
Sharni joined Linx Employment in 2022, as an experienced corporate administrator with more than 20 years of experience in high-level business roles, spanning risk management, compliance, human resources, and finance.
